Senior Specialist – ICT

- Bachelor’s degree/ MCA in Information Systems and Management / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or in a related field.
|
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills;
- Demonstrated cross-cultural, teamwork, and advance knowledge in computer skills;
- Team/Resource Management;
- Knowledge of digital application/ tools;
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems;
- Experience in testing new software and fixing deficiencies;
- Proficient in designing and developing various information systems.

- Minimum 5 to 8 years of work experience, consulting experience preferably in IT/digital projects in the public/development sector will be an added advantage.
- 3 plus years of professional software development and management experience, with at least 1-year experience as IT lead, leading teams of developers.
