Director 02* Level-13 i) Master’s Degree in Computer Applications; OR M. Sc. (Computer Science/Information Technology/ Electronics) from a recognized University/Institute.

(ii) Ten years’ experience in Cyber/IT/Networking/Telecom/ programming/information system in a Government Office/ PSU/Autonomous Body/Statutory Body or in any recognized institution
Deputy Secretary (Legal) 01* Level-12 (i) Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute; AND

(ii) Ten years’ experience of dealing of Indian Cyber Law or International Cyber Law.
Deputy Secretary 06* Level-12 (i) Master’s Degree in Computer Applications OR M.Sc. (Computer Science/Information Technology/ Electronics) from a recognized University/ Institute.

(ii) Eight years’ experience in Cyber /IT/ Networking/ Telecom/ programming/ information system in a Government Office/ PSU/ Autonomous Body/ Statutory Body or in any recognized institution.
