Eligibility Condition for Deputation (including short term contract)

Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union territories or Universities or Recognised Research Institutions or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organisation:-

• holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;
• with five years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis level-6 (Rs. 65400- 112400/-) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Qualification for Foreman (Mechanic):

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics and Three years experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance Department in the area of Armament Production and Inspection.

Qualification for Foreman (Ammunition and Explosive):

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution;
• and Three years experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance Department in the area of Armament Production and Inspection.
