Age Limit

  • Full Time Contract Specialist: Not exceeding 45 years as on date of Interview.
  • Part Time Contract Specialist: Not exceeding 64 Years as on date of Interview.
  • Senior Resident (3 Years): Not exceeding 45 Years as on date of Interview.
  • Senior Resident (1 Years): Not exceeding 45 Years as on date of Interview.

    Usual Age Relaxation

    • OBC: +3 Years
    • SC/ST: +5 Years

    More Types of Age Relaxation

    • Ex. Serviceman: +3 Years (Plus community category age relaxation i.e. OBC, SC/ST)
    • Person with Special Ability (Divyang): +10 Years (Plus community category age relaxation i.e. OBC, SC/ST)

Educational Qualification

  • For Full Time/Part Time Contractual Specialists: PG Degree or a Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university with 3 years’ experience after acquiring the PG Degree or 5 years post diploma experience.
  • Senior Resident (3 years): PG Degree / Diploma or MBBS degree from recognized university with at least 2 years’ experience in the same discipline in which they are proposed to be engaged.
  • Senior Resident (1 years): PG Degree / Diploma or MBBS degree from recognized university with atleast 2 years’ experience in the same discipline in which they are proposed to be engaged.

Emoluments

  • Full Time Contract Specialist: Rs 86000/- (consolidated) per month as per Central Government Rules adopted by ESIC.
  • Part Time Contract Specialist:  Rs 60000/- (consolidated) per month for 4 hours per day for 4 days in a week. Rs 12000/- per month admissible for emergency call duty.
  • For Senior Resident(3 year): As per Central Government Rules adopted by ESIC.
  • For Senior Resident (1 year): Rs. 86,000/- (Consolidated) per month as per Central Government Rules adopted by ESIC.
