• For Full time/Part-time Specialist: PC Degree/ DNB or Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized University with three (03) years experience with Post-Graduate Degree/ DNB and five years experience after diploma.
• For Senior Residents (1- Year GDMO): PG Degree/ Diploma or MBBS Degree from recognized University with atleast 2 years working experience in the same discipline in which they are proposed to be engaged.

• For Full time/Part-time Specialist: INR 86,000/- (consolidated) per month as per Central Government Rules adopted by ESIC.
• For Senior Residents (1- Year GDMO): INR 60,000/- + 12,000/- (for visiting charge in case of emergency call).
