| i) MA/M. Phil in Clinical Psychology.
ii) Professional experience for 5 years in a similar capacity for :-
a) Constructing/conducting psychological tests.
b) Administering the tests.
c) Scoring and interpreting the test results.
d) Drawing a report based on the result.
e) Adapting and translating psychological test
0 The incumbent must have an understanding of the personality variables required in individuals who handle high pressure situations, particularly those related to defence/ security. Further, they must be able to identity and administer psychological tests that measures these variable to assist in the short listing of personnel for VIP Security duties. |
