- Officers working in Railway, Railway PSU/CPSU working in Level 11/12/13 (as per 7th CPC) belonging to department (s) or Electric/Mechanical/Civil/Trafic with minimum experience of 15 years of service in Railway domains.
- Good experience of Railway domains knowledge of Loco, Assets, Human Resource (HR) and Finance Domains called Hubs.
- The officer working in level 11 with two years of service in relevant grades shall be considered for Level-12 and Officer working in Level-12 with four years of service in relevant grades shall be considered for Level-12.
