- Railway employees working in Substantive grade of in Level – 7 of 7th CPC with minimum five year service in relevant grade or working in substantive grade of Level – 6 with minimum 06 years service in relevant grade and should have completed minimum 20 years service in Group âCâ or working in Level -8/9 under MACPS.
- The Railway employee should be essentially conversant with computer and network environment.
- Railway employee should also be working preferably in Operating or Commercial Department and conversant with Train Operations and relevant experience of handling Railway Applications like FOIS, ICMS etc.
- The employee should be conversant with functioning in computerized environment.
